Milestone has recently completed the Centre of Excellence for NextSense (formerly RIDBC), a non-profit organization. The Centre of Excellence includes 2 buildings: Pre-School & Primary School and the Clinical Services Centre & NextSense Head Office (NextSense: Central).
This State Significant Development (SSD) was delivered as a Design & Construct (D&C) following an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process. Our services also included the management of multiple stakeholders, with the site located within the Macquarie University campus.

Refurbishment of Mercedes-Benz, Sydney's 'airport express' dealership into Australia’s first standalone AMG Performance Centre which became the world's first dealership of its kind, offering (both new and pre-owned) AMG only sales and aftersales service. Marcello managed both local and internally based design teams, collaborating closely with AMG Germany, MBAuP and SACL, to deliver this landmark facility which opened during AMG's 50th anniversary year.

Audi Centre Sydney Service
Marcello provided tenant representative services in assisting Audi Australia to negotiate an Agreement For Lease (AFL) with the landlord and project managed an integrated fitout for this state-of-the-art, 'high-tech' service facility for Audi Centre Sydney.
Upon completion, Audi Centre Sydney - Service became the largest service centre in the southern hemisphere. It included a rolling road, express service bay, multi-car wash bay and over 50 individual service bays each positioned over a heated tiled flooring system.

Nortel
Macquarie University Research Precinct (MURP)
Marcello project managed this 6,500m2 integrated fitout for Nortel's new Australasian head office facilities, which included coordination of various IS (IT) and Lab relocations and tenant representation services in coordinating the landlord's base building works.
